- Students should be able to work independently (display problem-solving skills, use help function, etc.
Software / Materials Needed:
Internet Explorer with flash plugin / Google Sketchup / Photoshop or www.pixlr.com, Twitter (optional)
Screen capturing/print screen, Alt+TAB to toggle between applications,

1. Student will select a school appropriate topic and build a website for the Unofficial Hall Of Fame for that topic
Examples include: Winter Sports, Basketball, Country Music, Skateboarding, Hip Hop, School Teachers, School Students, New Brunswick Landmarks, Canadian Landmarks, Scientists, Artists, Cartoon, Recipes, Vehicles, TV Shows, movies, websites, any many many more....

2. Once the topic is chosen, students will register at Weebly.com and begin a new website titled "The Unofficial Hall Of Fame For _____________"
See tutorial video at the top of this page if you haven't already
They will create and populate the following pages
Welcome - A simple page welcoming visitors to the Unofficial Hall Of Fame Of _______ and a description about what visitors can find in the hall.
Criteria - A list of 5 standards that have to be met to be considered a possible inductee
Inductees - a title, a picture, a description of strengths for each of the "things/people" already in the hall
Nominees - 3-4 possible wannabes who will be voted in via twitter or another method (again title, picture, description of strenghs)
Fan Zone - This page is a media fun zone with youtube videos, pictures, audio ect....
Voting Information - a brief description on when and how people can vote for their favourite nominee to win and become the newest inductee
Contact/Find Us - Fake contact and location information (Fake)
References - Every single image, video, audio, or piece of text not your own needs to be identified here and listed with the web link it was acquired from
3. Once the website is completely designed students switch focus to Google Sketchup where they will actually build and design the inside of their hall of fame.

4. Now that the website is running and building design has been created students will head to Photoshop or www.pixlr.com to create an 8.5 inch by 11 inch poster advertising the opening of their Hall of Fame.
The poster should include the website address, Fake Location info, A few images from the Hall, An image of the hall itself (screen shot or print screen), and a large title. This should be printed and handed to the teacher.
5. Optional: Students will head to Twitter.com and will create an account for their Unofficial Hall of Fame
example: @UHOFHockey would be the unofficial hall of fame for hockey
