Being a loyal and long time customer of Geoboxers this pack gives me great delight to bring to Minecraft Education Edition with the help of MineGage in the conversion. These maps were originally released by Geoboxers for the world to use on Minecraft. Here it is offered in the form fit for Minecraft Education Edition. The Mars Pack features several actual Mars locations with accurate terrain (within one meter) brought to Minecraft Education Edition by Global Minecraft Education Mentor Ben Kelly. These worlds are areas of Mars about 1.6km by 1.6km scanned by The Mars Research Orbiter, then converted into 3D images and later to Minecraft Education Edition. MineGage was instrumental in aiding the conversion of these maps to Minecraft Education Edition and I say thanks! The Maps have intentionally been left untouched to allow students to experience the raw martian environments in Minecraft Education Edition! Students spawn in areas of interest. Teachers can customize as they like.
